What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
The location is fantastic, close to Union Square and public transport. The service was exceptional, especially with early check-in accommodation.
Yet, some rooms were outdated and had unpleasant odors. maintenance issues like slow draining were also noted.

I had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the tasty food in the restaurant along with a wonderful relaxing soak in the mobility-accessible bath. The hotel has great chances to unwind with a lovely lounge area and a cozy reading nook. One small thing – the room view wasn’t much to talk about, but it didn’t really bother me. 😊

Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored the Moscone Convention Center and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere at the Embarcadero. The nearby Powell/Hydes cable car line was a fun way to get around. Just a heads up, parking can be a hassle, so plan ahead!
It was quite frustrating, especially after my trip. Just be cautious about checking your final bill to avoid surprises.

Location near key attractions was excellent, and the warm ambiance created a cozy vibe throughout the hotel. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the friendly staff willing to assist with luggage and recommendations. However, the building's age showed with a musty hallway smell, and poorly maintained windows obstructed the view. A malfunctioning smoke alarm during the night and some shabby hallway carpets further detracted from the experience.

The hotel has a charming vibe and excellent staff who go out of their way to assist. However, the room felt dated with minor cleanliness issues and you could hear street noise quite clearly. Overall, it was a decent experience, particularly given the convenient location.
